According to the LG class action, the LG washer rust stems from a manufacturing defect associated with the top loading washers tops. I would like to join this lawsuit as well. LG is not a reliable appliance and they will not take care of the problem. I feel this was a bad design by the manufacturer who makes no warranty for its products! Is there anything we can do to make LG responsible. It says since there is no strong water flow in top loaders (at bottom of tank) so the flakes stick and as the weight deposits increases (not sure what that even means, lol) they come off and get into laundry. We have all the same problems with our machine any updates,or how to make a claim. Should we get under the car and wipe the excess water!?
